Immigrant survivors of crime face so many challenges, even with options meant to help them, such as U and T visas. Learn the basics about U and T visas, working with immigrant victims of crime, and what you need to know about getting your local law enforcement, prosecutor, and other criminal legal agencies to respond to survivors requesting certification as required by our new state law (HB 1022/RCW 7.98).
